Return Policy

 

TCG Singles: Due to market fluctuations, we cannot offer a Return Policy on TCG Singles. However we do guarantee the conditions of our cards, and therefore if you are unhappy with the condition of any card please contact us at admin@bastiongames.ca

 

Products & Product Accessories: Items must be sealed in its original packaging and are accepted with a receipt within 30 days of purchase. No cash or debit refunds on any products.

 

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Bastion Games within 30 days of delivery for a full store credit refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

 

Pre Order Cancellations

 

Cancellation of Pre-Orders will incur a 10% Processing Fee. No exceptions will be made.

 

When Will My Order Ship?

 

All orders containing Pre-Order products will be held until the release/arrival of all items in that order.

Quantity & Order Adjustments

 

We reserve the right to adjust quantities of products ordered. These decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis and you will be notified of any changes. This pertains to and is not limited to "Buyouts" and other instances regarding the sale of high demand products. If an order is deemed to be for resale purposes it will also be subject to a potential adjustment.

Pre orders can be subject to allocation and if amounts become more limited, we will fulfill orders in order they are received.

What information do we collect? How do we use it?

 

When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. When you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address, and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners. You agree to be added to our mailing list for future promotions and deals. When you order through our website, you are opting in to receive newsletters about promotions, coupons, and important company announcements. All emails are sent through Constant Contact and you may opt out if you wish to no longer receive newsletters from us or our MTG partners.

How does Bastion Games protect customer information?

 

We use a Secure Server for collecting personal and credit card information. The secure server layer (SSL) encrypts (scrambles) all of the information you enter before it is transmitted over the Internet and sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

What about "cookies"?

"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. We do not use cookies to collect or store any information about visitors or customers.

Will Bastion Games disclose the information it collects to outside parties?

Bastion Games does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to companies not affiliated with Bastion Games. Bastion Games may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will not include personally identifying information.
