On Monday August 31st at 12:30pm, we will be hosting an 11th edition Warhammer 40k event:  The Crucible!\n\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThis event will be a 1500 point event, with the entry fee being $20.  We have room for 16 participants.  \n\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e100% of the entry fee will go into the prize pool paid out the folloiwing way: (based on 16 participants, in store credit)\n\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e1st: 100\n\u003cbr\u003e2nd:  70\n\u003cbr\u003e3rd: 60\n\u003cbr\u003e4th: 50\n\u003cbr\u003eRandom draw prize #1:  25 \n\u003cbr\u003e(players may not win more than 1 prize total from above)\n\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eBattle-ready draw prize:  25\n\u003cbr\u003e(instead of having battle ready painted armies get 10 additional victory points, all battle ready painted armies only, will be able to be drawn for this specific prize.  This prize can be in addition to placing \/ random draws).\n\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eYes, we are paying out more than we are taking in, but that's just one of the ways we give back to the community that supports our store!\n\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003ePlayers will play THREE two hour matches, with 30 minutes for setup.  \n\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eStandings will be based on your total match points across the event where a win is 5 points, and a loss is 3.  Ties will be determined by total victory points across all matches.\n\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe final round to determine between 1st \/ 2nd, and 3rd \/ 4th, will be played on Tuesday September 1st, at a time that works for both match players!\n\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003ePrizes will be draw, and credit added on the evening of September 1st!\n\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eLayouts will be done by staff \/ lega administratum the morning of the event.  Mission types for 11th edition are determined per match.
